and use BlueDVD.com Web Site, as subject to your local laws, ordinances, or
community standards.
Billing: Billing on your credit card statement will show as
"Haka LLC."
Shipping Schedule: All orders received before 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders
received after 2:00pm Eastern time, Monday to Friday, will be processed the following day. Orders received after 2:00pm Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday
and on holidays, will ship the following business day.
Shipping Time:
All DVD’s will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
Depending on where you are located it will take 1-5 days to receive your DVD's.
Holidays will extend your shipping time.
We will send you an e-mail with the tracking information and
letting you know we have shipped your DVD's.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You are
responsible for the provision of a valid email address so that we may contact
you regarding transactional inquiries regarding your order. An invalid email
address or any other reason that an email originating from BlueDVD.com to you
to not be read by the customer, may cause your order to be put into an on hold
status.

methods to search for DVD's: Keyword, Genre, Category and Star. To search by
Keyword, just enter your keyword and click "Go". To search by Genre,
Category or Star, just make a selection from the drop-down list and click
"Go".
Store Refunds and Exchanges: If you have received an
incorrect DVD title or ordered the wrong item you may return the DVD or item
for a refund or an exchange only if the item has not been tampered with and is
in its original factory seal. If the product is no longer sealed it cannot be
returned unless it is defective. To receive a refund or
exchange contact us by e-mail at support@bluedvd.com and indicate the reason for
return. We will send you an email with shipping instructions. For all

Shipping problems or DVD's that won't play: If you have
any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival of your DVD's, incorrect
shipments, or a DVD has become damaged while being shipped or is found to be
defective, please use the “ Report Problem” link located in the
“ My Account” Section.
